Muntari Saleh ya ce ya kamata mutane masu nakasa su samu wakilci a jerin ministocin. Ya kara da cewa nakasa ba kasawa ba ce, tun da ba ido ko hannu ne ke rike minista ba, ilimi ne, "idan neman kuri'a ne sai a neme mu amma idan dadi ya zo sai a manta da mu," a cewarsa.
